Renting a nice room in new building in Risskov. I have pr. 1 / 1-18 took over a nice and new apartment in Risskov Brynet. The apartment consists of two rooms as well as a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom with white goods for every need! It is 82 m2. The room for rent is 11 m2 and contains a closet. We will share a delicious bathroom with own washing facilities, kitchen with dishwasher and living room. The apartment is located on the ground floor and both rooms lead to each one's terrace. The apartment is located in a lovely natural green area just 3 km from VIA Campus N and just 6 km from the city, which makes it easy to jump on the nearby light rail. Just opposite Risskov Brynet lies the Veri Center with good shopping opportunities. The rent is DKK 4750 per person. man (including consumption), but we could deduct around DKK 500 per man in housing support. Prepaid rent and deposit is 22,727 kr. I am a 23-year-old girl who starts at the education program for February. I hope that together we can create a cozy home where it is nice to be for both parties. I love being social and weird visits by both family and friends aloud.
