ENGLISH BELOW! We are looking for someone to rent a room in our 3-storey new building in the Bellak area. The area is quiet, quiet and situated right between Fields, nature areas and a metro that runs directly to the city center, so there is plenty for both socializing with friends in the city and relaxing completely when coming home again. The room itself is 12 m2 and is now used as an office. It is located on the 1st floor with bath and toilet in the living-floor and 2nd floor. There is of course a delicious modern dining kitchen, a living room for free use. The price is inclusive of everything, also lightning fast fiber network and insurance - There is not much else to think about than to enjoy your room and the area (it must also be mentioned that we have a dog). The house is wonderfully insulated, with large bright windows, and therefore ideal for those who do not want to freeze in the winter, live well, modern and clean all year round and who enjoy the light in the summer. There is a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher in the house, and therefore no long visits to coin laundries. In addition, there is also a garden with terrace. THE HOUSE: The house consists of three stories. First floor is a kitchen / dining area and a bathroom / toilet. Second story is the living room with a corner currently being used as an office, and the room for rent. Third floor consists of two bedrooms and another bathroom / toilet with washer / dryer. There is also a garden with a small terrace. The room is currently being used as an office space, and does not come furnished. (Rent is all-included) US: Currently living in the house is a couple (one student, one full time worker) and our other roommate, a Norwegian girl who also works full time and a dog. Come September one of the guys is going abroad to study until February 2020, so we're looking for a new roommate until then, with the possibility of extending the period. CONVENIENCE: 12 min walk from the shopping center (Fields) and 5-8 min to nearest metro station, and a generally quiet neighborhood. YOU: We want to find a nice person (foreign or danish) who cleans up after him / herself, non-smoker, respects the house as a place of rest (and who likes our adorable dog).
