Room for rent in cozy and central apartment
I'm looking for a social and nice tenant to soon clean my 10m² guestroom and share my newly renovated 100m² apartment for a period of 3-5 months. The apartment is located on Amagerbro just 5 minutes from the metro station and 10 minutes biking distance to central Copenhagen. The airport is 15-20 minutes away by metro. The neighborhood has plenty of shops, restaurants and cozy cafés. The apartment is equipped with a guestroom, a bedroom, two toilets, a kitchen, a living room, and a dining room. The room for rent is the guestroom which is furnished with a queen sized bed, a large closet and minor decorations. The living and dining rooms are included in the common shared areas. I have done great effort in renovating the apartment, so I need someone who will be careful with it and my stuff in it. The monthly rent is 4,750 DKK with a down payment is 9,500 DKK consiting of 4,750 DKK in deposit plus one month's rent paid in advance.
