Rommie is wanted for a room at Islands Brygge!
We are looking for a roomie for our 4-room apartment on Islands Brygge with occupancy on 1 April. The room for rent is approx. 9-10 square meters (based on the floor plan). The monthly rent is DKK 5,600 + (electricity according to consumption every three months which is split). When moving in, 22,400 must be paid, which is a 3-month deposit and 1 month's prepaid rent. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and comprises a total of 97 square meters. It includes a new kitchen (with dishwasher) and a large bathroom with built-in washer and dryer. In addition, there is a common living room where we will look forward to eating dinner together and drinking a beer or cup of coffee! You will live with Nicolai, 23, who works daily in Illums Bolighus and studies next door. And Claes, 24, who reads daily on CBS. We like to see you are around the same age as ourselves.
