Economy To move in you pay the deposit which is 1,500 kr. And depending on the demand you pay 1 month forward payment which is 3,700 kr. To move in if you move in 1st of May, next to the house rent. I prefer someone to pay at least for the first month last 27th of August, then I send the contract to my landlord, not to accept you moving in, but because he has to know who is moving in on 1st of September within a reasonable time . I clean out my room which I've done for about 2 years, and I see myself continuing renting out my room until around March 2019. I'm the landlord of the room I rent out. The kitchen has the most technological stuff you need, with washing machine, dish washer, and induction plates etc. The bathroom is small and good with your own little shelf. The area The home has a short distance to transport and shops, incl. metro, s-train, public bikes, sandwich restaurant, cafe, supermarket and fitness. All within a 7-minute walk distance. Also Frederiksberg has many public places for young and old. Me My name is Alvin Im 23 years old and I graduated in Marketing Management. I make content marketing such as pictures and I'm looking for a job. Usually I have something I do not use I put aside my creamie, everything from furniture to food.
