Weird woman looking for a condo
Female roommate seeks bright, newly built spacious apartment in Valby Hello, we are looking for a nice woman to share a new, large apartment of 135 m2 in the Grønttorv neighborhood. The address is Glostervej 42. We are a 47-year-old man, associate professor emeritus in German language at Kbh. University, linguist, dictionary author and journal editor, who 5 days every 14 days have my two lovely, intelligent and well-behaved children, Hannah at 12, and Bjørn at 10, living. When we want a woman as a partner, it is only for the sake of human balance and because the children will feel safest with it. You get your own room where you can close the door and be yourself. But you have access and right of use for the rest of the apartment, ie. kitchen, bath, living room, terrace and roof terrace. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The apartment extends over three levels. Your room (1st floor) is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment will at least to some extent be furnished. If you have furniture from the past or you would like to contribute to the decor, we are completely open to it. We talk about the opportunities and resources overall. It is not (necessarily) an actual collective, but a practical arrangement whereby we share the cost of housing, ie a shared housing. But we hope that you will occasionally eat together and perhaps enter into a sharing arrangement about the most basic foods, etc. Of course, you should not pay for the children or for a greater appetite than you actually have. We share cleaning and of course we all keep order. Possibly. moments of annoyance are addressed and solved immediately. You can be a student, single, divorced or otherwise and you are welcome to have a child with if it is approx. 3-10 years old; sharing children, however, is preferred. I'm child-free for even weeks +. We have no requirements for your age. The large deposit of DKK 48,000 I have provided and you will not be charged for consumption. I pay 16,000 / month for the apartment. You need to know that I suffer from Parkinson's to a mild degree. It's not going to bother you, but then you know why I'm sometimes stiff in the body, can spit a little and be nervous, especially at first. You may want to consider if you could live with a kitten in the apartment. For that, we ponder a little. Tolerance, consideration, cooperation orientation and mutual helpfulness we take for granted. If you can see yourself in this maybe a bit unconventional but practical scenario, then write before 23/10 about yourself and your personality and motivation to move in, preferably with a picture, not because you have to be picturesque in any way (it is no contact ad ??) but so the kids can get a small impression of you that way and so we can more easily remember who was who. We have a brief meeting with you where you can see the apartment and we all meet. You get response within 24 hours. Also use these addresses if you have spm and want to see the room breakdown. Sincerely, Bjørn, Hannah and Ken
