ROOMMATES SEARCH We are two girlfriends who have moved into a newly built apartment on Amager. We are looking for two sweet and clean roommates, who are socially created, and are ready to sometimes drink a glass of wine / a cup of coffee or do some common dining. The apartment is ready for occupancy April 1, and is close to both Bella Center Metro, bus and many shopping opportunities. Practical information: Monthly rent: 5350 SEK (Including aconto water and heat) Deposit (Deposit equivalent to 3 months rent): 16,050 kr Prepaid rent (corresponding to 1 month's rent): 5350 kr Rent for first month (01 / 04-2019 for 30 / 04-2019): SEK 5350 Total: SEK 26,750 The deposit is refunded upon relocation, provided that everything in the room is in the same condition as when moving in, and the prepaid rent covers the last month's rent during the period of notice.
