ROOMMATE APPLYING FOR APARTMENT IN COPENHAGEN
As our current roommate moves, we are looking for a new roommate for our apartment with move-in d.1 / 2-2020 (However possible with earlier move-in if desired) A little about the apartment: The apartment is located in the newer part of Sydhavnen ( Frederiks Brygge) and is a 3 bedroom apartment on the ground floor of 106 m2, which is divided into two bedrooms, a kitchen family room, hallway, dining room, bathroom and a small storage room. In addition there is access to two terraces - One facing the courtyard and one facing the road. You would get the room, which is plotted with a red ring on the floor plan (the room will be unfurnished). The rental period will be unlimited! Monthly rent: 4827 kr Security deposit: 13000 kr The price includes rent, water, heat, electricity and internet - There will be an opportunity to apply for housing subsidy and therefore the price may become a little lower over time!
