I AM LOOKING FOR: * Any time a female student ml. 22-25 years. * Sweet, helpful, cleanliness and responsible. * Preferably have experience of staying out / self from the past. * A roommate who respect a closed door, but is also ready at Idle chit-chat over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine! NEED TO KNOW: * The apartment is 87 sqm large with a relatively large bathroom, new kitchen and small living room, which you will share with me. * The room, you are going to take over, is about 25 sqm large. * The rent is 3825 kr. Incl. consumption per month per. person. * The deposit is 3 months rent where your share is equivalent to 10 425 kr. NICE TO KNOW: * Ability to apply for housing assistance. * The kitchen has a dishwasher (Wuhuu!). * Laundry Facilities (washer + dryer for 14 kr. Per. Wash) in the cellar for sharing with the apartment's other residents. * 3 min by bicycle and 10 minutes on foot into the Odense city center and 5 minutes by bicycle and 15 minutes on foot into the station. * 15 minutes by bicycle to the SDU and less than 10 minutes by bike to respectively UCL and EAL.
