I am looking for a roommate as of 1 December 2019 As my roommate moves out, I am looking for a new one for my fantastic and large 4-room apartment on Margretheholmen (A third roommate will move in on 1 January 2020) The room is approximately 13 m2 Price: 6,500kr incl. Account + internet Deposit: 2 months rent + 1 prepaid rent None of the 3 rooms are particularly large, but the apartment is 125 m2 with a nice big and sunny balcony (a safe hit every summer) , which is located on the 5th floor with the most beautiful view of Copenhagen. So you get something extra for the money than just 13m2 ;-) The apartment is close to the opera and a short distance to the city - approx. 7-10 min by bicycle to Kongens Nytorv and bus 2A runs almost to the door. We share a large kitchen / family room and bathroom with all appliances. You will be staying with me, Maria - fynbo of 30 years, who works independently with food entrepreneurs: looking for you who are roughly peers (25-35 years M / K) Attention: no pets allowed in the apartment + smoking on the balcony.
