We have got hold of a brand new 4 bedroom apartment on Grønttorvet in Valby and we, May and I, move in from 01-06-2020, and therefore we are looking for a tenant to the third room, where occupancy is 01-07 The 2020 rent is unlimited and a lease will be made with you. About us: We know each other from the after-school as we graduated in 2014, and now we are colleagues at a nursing home in Valby, where we both work full time. Me, Sarah is 22 years old and I plan to start at Copenhagen University College this summer and in my spare time I enjoy being with my girlfriends and family. May is 23 years old and has applied to the Copenhagen University College for the summer to study nutrition and health. In her spare time, she spends time with her boyfriend, family and girlfriends. About you: We are looking for a m / k 20-26 years who is welcoming, open, social and with a fixed income who pays his rent on time who can at the same time find out to keep our common areas neat and clean. We are looking for a roomie who wants to join a community that is fresh in cooking, watching movies in the living room or having a glass of wine / beer on the balcony, but at the same time respecting a closed door. The practical: The apartment is located on Ingrid Marievej on the 4th floor and is 101 sqm with associated large balcony, as well as basement room and roof terrace. In the apartment there is a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. It is close to public transport, shopping and approx. 5 km into town. The room is approx. The 7 sqm rent will be DKK 5,398 inclusive of water and heating, in addition there will be electricity (quarter) and internet. And of course there is free access to living room, kitchen, toilet, etc. For September, where we hopefully start school, and can get housing support approx. $ 1000 rent will be less.
