When I'm going to exchange this summer, I rent my room in Odense C from the end of June to 1 / 2-2019. The room is about 18 sqm. and is unfurnished. The rent is NOK 3500 each month and this includes water and heating. In addition, there will be an internet bill of approximately 381 SEK every three months. Deposit is 2 months prepaid rent -> hence 7000 kr. You will be living with Cecilie, who is a fresh, outgoing girl who studies HA daily. International business at SDU. Therefore, we also expect you to be over 20 years old, non-smoker, like the social and (a little festive) home, but also respects a closed door. The apartment itself consists of a kitchen, bathroom and a common living room, and is a 5-minute walk from Odense Train Station and about 5 km to the University.
