ROOMIE LOOKING FOR GREAT APARTMENT IN AALBORG LAKE!
I search with light and flashlight for a roomie for my delicious 3 bedroom apartment located a stone's throw from Gigantium and close to educational places. The apartment is partially furnished as I have most of the large furniture in advance for the apartment, and therefore only furniture for your own room as well as other practical furniture is missing. A little about you: You are a man / woman preferably in your 20's who, like myself, goes into having a nice and clean home. Cozy moments in the large kitchen-dining-living-dining area will clearly be cool, but a closed door will also be accepted by both of us. You are not a smoker and are otherwise just a wonderful person to be with. You are quiet and calm, and have both feet planted firmly in the ground. About the apartment: The apartment is 98 sqm and the 9-10 sqm of them is your room. Since there is less built-in closet space in your room than mine, I think we find out extra closet storage in the large common area, which of course I help fund, so everything is perfectly fair. There is a washer, dryer and dishwasher - as well as the most beautiful little terrace and garden where we will probably have some nice moments. The rent per man is DKK 4300, which includes consumption (water and heat), and exclusive housing support, as I have yet to control what it ends up. Occupancy is 1 / 3-2020 - with possibility of occupancy by 1 / 4-2020. The deposit is 3 months prepaid rent, which ends at DKK 12,900. I am moving in the apartment myself on 1/3 and we are therefore both helping to create a beautiful apartment together from the start. A little about me: I'm 21 years old, originally from a small town outside Randers, and have plans to read to a physiotherapist in Aalborg this summer (if I'm lucky to get in). In my spare time I am currently training some handball boots and training myself in fitness, working out part and being a sucker for reality and series in general. So if you could see yourself living with an extroverted and social girl who enjoys being able to close a door and have some alone time, but also loves to spend a lot of time with others - then we two should just figure out something. For it is seriously the most beautiful apartment ever.
