ROOMIE IS LOOKING FOR THE START OF SOUTHERN HORRIBLE SOCIETY !!! We are two Fynboers, who are so lucky to have got hold of a super nice apartment on Sluseholmen, Copenhagen SV. That is why we are looking for you, as we want to have a small community living on our feet, where it is important that everyone feels at home and comfortable. Sounds like something to you, so read on! This is a bright 4-room apartment of 126 sqm with two larger bathrooms, shower in both, which makes it ideal as a shared apartment (!!) Furthermore, there is a large and regular kitchen living room where there is plenty of space for a lot of common coziness, culinary development and eventual guests. In extension with the kitchen area there is a nice balcony of approx. 6 sqm overlooking the charming canals. In addition, there are appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer etc.). The room is 10.7 sqm with built-in cupboard and large window area. The rent will be DKK 5,600. incl. Water, heat and electricity. Moving in will take place on 1 / 10-19, which is also the day we will move in - so here we can all take part in the relocation project together. In connection with the move in, a deposit of DKK 15,800 will also have to be added. The lease is unlimited. We are high school friends, where we both graduated from Odense Cathedral School this summer. We have both come up with a dream about Copenhagen, which is now finally coming true! Of people, we are very open and accommodating, so we are both ready with open arms for you to be a part of our adventure. Michela (19) works full time as a model, which involves some travel days. If Michela does not embark on a spontaneous journey, then you can always find her at the gym or at a café where they have the best coffee in town! Jacob (19) is to enjoy the Sabbath year in Copenhagen and is therefore in search of a full time job. When he doesn't sit and watch Jobindex from end to end, he is always in for a good glass of wine, long talks and lots of laughs! We both enjoy good food, so if you have gastronomic capabilities that extend beyond pasta with ketchup, is that just a plus? We imagine that you are a peer (19-23 years or so) of man or woman who wants to create a safe and warm home where there is room for everyone. Of course, we expect you to take part in the communal cleaning of common areas and clean up after yourself (just like us), so the apartment is always neat and presentable. At the same time, is it important that we can always understand a closed door if you need it?
