Hello home seeking We (Amanda and I) have been fortunate enough to grab this beautiful 6-room apartment on Grønnegade, 2nd floor, Aarhus C. Only 400m to the warehouse and 1km to uni. The room rented out is two connecting rooms and is marked with red on the floor plan. The room is rented per 16/8 and the lease is unlimited. They measure 20 sqm with built-in closet (good storage) and with access to private balcony. Also there is a separate entrance to the room from the staircase. The rent is 4500 incl. Aconto for water and heating. The rest of the apartment is lovely big and with good common areas. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment, and the possibility of parking the bicycle in the yard. In case of relocation, 3 months rent is payable in advance and 1 month in advance. A little about us: We are two outgoing and social girls in almost 21 years. Rich to study at BSS and Amanda is taking a sabbatical year where she works in Aarhus. We love a good game Hint, enjoy and cook delicious food (a plus if you're good at eating it). We therefore want to create a common home with space for each other and good atmosphere. You must be: A social man / woman aged 20-27 who wants to join the community and contribute to our common home. It's a bonus if you can swing a vacuum cleaner and clean up after yourself.
