I am looking for a roomie to sublet a room in my apartment from December 1 or as soon as possible thereafter until July 1 or August 1. A little about the apartment: The apartment is located in the heart of Aarhus, is 60 sqm. and consists of 2 rooms, of which your room is 14.5 square meters. It is on the 3rd floor and has a wonderful view over Aarhus city from the kitchen. In the apartment there is a kitchen with a dishwasher and in the basement there is a shared washing machine and tumble dryer for the whole upstairs. The apartment is located on Samsøgade, within walking distance to the university park, the river and much more. The rent is NOK 4,567 before housing benefit, including water and heating on account. In addition, internet and electricity are paid for according to consumption. The move-in price is 1x rent in deposit + rent for the month of January. A little about me: My name is Christian, I am 24 years old and originally from the Aarhus area. On a daily basis, I study physical education in the 5th semester and work in Grejfreak. In my free time, I appreciate being physically active. I do crossfit down at the harbour, besides that I volunteer in the home guard. A little about you: I would like you to be roughly the same age as me, and preferably a student. Gender is subordinate. I appreciate a clean and tidy home, so it would be an advantage if you had roughly the same ideas about it. The room can contain a bed, desk and clothes rack if desired.
