Are you missing a central location room from July 1, 2020 to January 1, 2021? Then you are exactly who I am looking for. The apartment is in a great location close to everything from the University, shopping, transport and fitness. The apartment is 89 m2, where there is a common room, kitchen, bath and balcony. In addition, there is a dishwasher in the apartment, and the possibility of washing in the basement. The view from the apartment is amazing as it is located on the 5th floor (thankfully there is a lift). Furthermore, there is free parking attached to the apartment. The room is approx. 12 m2, to which the rent is DKK 4115 per. month. Water and heat are included in this amount. However, electricity and internet come next, but this is shared between us. You should preferably be a student, as there will be the possibility of housing support of approx. SEK 600 a month. The room will be partially furnished, as seen in the pictures. The room is wanted to be rented from 1 July 2020 until 1 January 2021. In addition to the rent, a deposit of DKK 8230 will be paid. You will be staying with Tina, who works daily at Yousee. In her free time she enjoys relaxing, being together with friends and family, and a city tour every now and then. A girl aged 21-25 is sought, who is quiet and calm. In addition, I hope you are aware that contributing to a cozy atmosphere in the apartment, where a closed door is of course respected.
