About the apartment: - 83 sqm divided into two rooms, a kitchen family room and a bathroom - is located on the 3rd floor and is located 2 minutes walk from Salling - recently renovated in 2017. Bathroom with washer and dryer kitchen with dishwasher - access to shared farm environment, bicycle basement and roof terrace on the neighboring property - the room rented is 11 sqm with fitted wardrobes - the price of the room rented is 4950 including electricity, water, heating, internet, license and housing support - deposit will be 3 month rent About me: I am 20 years old , and will study at Aarhus University after summer. I am a sweet and healthy girl who likes to be clean and tidy around me. In my spare time I spend time with friends and family. For me, a weekend can include both parties and colors, but also an evening on the couch with a blend of candy. About you: I am looking for a roomie aged 18-25, any student (future), so that we together can receive housing support and are ready for occupation 1/6. The most important thing for me is that our personality blows and that we share some of the values together. I want a roomie ready for communal eating, fun and a little fun and bubble again and again.
