ROOMIE LOOKING FOR 109 m2 APARTMENT ON SURFACE, ODENSE C
I am looking for a roomie to share a delicious big apartment with! The apartment is an old mansion apartment, refurbished so it still retains its charm. It is large and light at a total of 109 square meters and with high ceilings. It is a 3/4 room containing entrance hall, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom as well as spacious living and dining room. Washer and dryer are available in the basement. In the apartment I live in one room and in the other my current roomie lives, who has to move. Therefore, your room will be available from 1 / 7-20, +/- 15 days. The date of moving in can be easily talked about! I am 21 years old and read as a structural engineer in the 6th semester at SDU. In addition, I spend most of my time working at a restaurant (though not for the time being) and friends. The apartment is located in a nice street, without the heavy traffic, but extremely central! Within 500 meters you have everything you need for shopping and training opportunities, as well as the railway station and city life. The rent is 4430 + 450 AC (water / heat) DKK / month. It is also possible to apply for housing assistance for the apartment together. Deposit and prepaid rent is the equivalent of 4 months rent. I hope to find an outgoing roomie who appreciates pleasant moments in everyday life when there is time for it. There is room for life in the apartment, even the wild ones now and then.
