ROOMIE WANTED FOR 103 SQM APARTMENT IN THE ØGADEKVARTERET
Are you ready to live with two cute cats and some rodents, do you have a good sense of hygiene and do you want to live close to the city center? Then maybe it's just you I'm looking for! I live in a large apartment of 103 sqm, with a nice large living room. The apartment is located in the Øgade district between Vejgaard and Østerbro, which means that you get Vejgaard City Center with Matas, grocery stores, shopping and more. on one side, and Østre Anlæg on the other side as well as a short walking distance to the city center. I have some animals that have their own little room, but of course my two cats roam free (your room can of course be off-limits to them if desired). Your room is 7-9 sqm (does not have dimensions, so it is blue a shot in the fog) and CAN BE RENT FURNISHED :) There is a nice backyard with a large grass area, where you e.g. can grill in the summer. There is a laundry room in the building + basement room and a dishwasher in the apartment. A little about me: I am in the second year of my bachelor's degree in rhythmic singing at the Jutland Conservatory of Music. I love playing board games and drinking beer in good company, but I certainly enjoy alone time too. I super like to bake and cook! The food is plant-based if I make it, but of course we can also cook separately. I appreciate cleanliness in the common areas :-) The price of rent is deducted by an approximate amount for housing benefit.
