ROOMIES APPLYED IN ODENSE C!
Hello everyone! Since my current roomie has moved with her boyfriend, I'm looking for a new person who will take over her room in our large 3-room apartment. The apartment is located right in the center of Odense on the 2nd floor (top); 50 meters from the pedestrian street network, approx. 1 km to the railway station, approx. 3.5 km to UCL and approx. 3.3 miles to University of Southern Denmark. The apartment contains a small entrance hall, a kitchen with space for a small dining table, a relatively large bathroom, large common room and two rooms on respectively. 8-9 m2 (my room + closet in progress) and 15 m2 (your room + walk-in). In addition, there is a nice storage room in the apartment as well as a loft. The apartment also includes both dishwasher and washing machine. There will be ample opportunity for you to put your feel on the apartment as well as furniture furniture etc., as my current roomie takes all her furniture with. In the yard there is room for bicycles, but there are no parking spaces for car to the apartment. - No pets allowed in the apartment - No smoking in the apartment - Occupancy: 1 July or after agreement. The rent is DKK 4000 per month incl. a conto consumption (both water, electricity and heating - a conto amount has been fine). In addition, there are costs for internet and TV. However, we have the opportunity to seek housing support, where I expect that we approx. can get 600-700 kr a month. Therefore, the real rent will be around 3700 SEK incl. Before use. Upon occupancy, a deposit of 3 months rent is payable. My name is Line, is 20 years old and has lived in Odense since August, where I regularly study chemistry at the University of Southern Denmark.
