ROOMIE SEARCHED in the heart of Aalborg
I am looking for a roomie for this newly built apartment of approx. 65 sqm. The apartment consists of 2 separate rooms - yours and mine with fitted wardrobes. In addition, from each of our rooms there is an exit to the large balcony, where we have a view of the cozy farm-life. There is a lovely bathroom with both washer and dryer for free use. In addition, there is underfloor heating and well with storage space. The common room consists of kitchen-dining room, which also includes a dishwasher (mega delicious). Of course, you also have access to our storage room and heated bicycle cellar which is locked. NOTE: The rent is incl. Water, heating, electricity, internet and deducted housing allowance. The apartment is incredibly central and there is only a few minutes walk to the pedestrian area and city life. The freeway area is located right next to Kennedy, so it is easy to come by public transport or a movie theater;) I am looking for a roomie who is on gaming nights and generally likes and is social. Of course, a closed door is always respected. I am looking for a roomie who helps make cleaning duties fun and helps to clean alternately :-p. Of course, the apartment will be as much yours as mine. That is why I am also very flexible in terms of decor, so that you just feel at home! A little about me: I am 22 years old, and I study a HA Business Economics on a 1st semester at Aalborg University every day. In addition, I spend time on friends / girlfriends, work and fitness. I like and be social but sometimes also need to be alone. Originally I come from a small town in East Jutland.
