ROOMIE SEARCHED

Or rumbo, roommate, roommate, companion. Yes, dear child has many names. If you, or someone you know are looking for a new place to stay, please read here! As my current roomie spreads her wings to move abroad, I am looking for a new roomie for a room in Vanløse with occupancy on March 1, 2020. About the apartment and the room: The apartment is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Vanløse, right on the border with Frederiksberg. It comprises 69 square meters, consisting of two rooms (yours and mine), as well as the entrance, kitchen and bathroom (see floor plan). The whole apartment was painted and refurbished a year ago. Vanløse station is a few minutes walk away, with good opportunities for trains, metro and bus connections. Various grocery stores, The Crown, Fitness World and mix-yourself candy are also close by. If you are into nature and green areas, Grøndals Park and Damhussøen are also a stone's throw away. The apartment complex includes a patio, which is especially cozy in the summer, where you can light up the barbecue or pick some gooseberries - depending on what you just got. We share the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with some bar stools where you can sit and eat your oatmeal in the morning - or scarce a four-evening beer in the evening. There is also a built-in dishwasher (lifesaver, seriously). Your room is room A on the floor plan. It is bright, white and about 15 sqm with a nice evening sun and the window to the courtyard. Pictures of the apartment can be seen below. The first three pictures are your room (which of course is unfurnished upon occupancy). The practical: We share the rent equally, where your monthly party is approx. 3500 kroner. It is deducted from housing subsidy and including water, heating and an electricity bill that is paid on account every quarter. A deposit of DKK 11,250 is paid upon moving in. Further, there is a large attic if you need to read some stuff up there. In the courtyard there is a laundry room and a locked bicycle cellar which can be used freely. There is a three-month trial period so we can see if it works for both of us - then with a strong option for extension, which is why you prefer to stay here for a longer period. A little about you: I prefer that you are a woman and that we are fairly peers. I'm not looking for someone who needs a quick place to live, but someone who wants the community to live together. Everything from planting, to when a dishcloth is to be swung. Besides, I don't care if you have arthritis, gluten allergies, bad habits or what you think of pineapple on pizza - just if you are sweet and honest, we take it from there. I eat predominantly plant-based and go up a lot in the environment, so that's a huge plus - though not a requirement if you can recognize here? A little about me: I am 24 years old, and have just been trained as a clinical dietitian here in January. For September, I will start with the Clinical Nutrition candidate at the University of Copenhagen. In my spare time, I spend time with friends, family or girlfriend. I love to cook, so you will often find me in the kitchen where I bake muffins or experiment with brewing kombucha or beer. I also practice becoming a morning person, a plant person and an adult, where some projects might go better. If your interest is aroused, write a text, make a powerpoint, or send a video to ... what best reflects who you are ?? Feel free to tell what you are doing and other than that you are naturally able to swing a vacuum cleaner and have respect for "the famously closed door". Talks will be held here in early February. I look forward to hearing from you! Hug Cecilie
