ROOMIE SEARCHED!
I have been lucky enough to get hold of an apartment on Aarhus Island in Marina House, and therefore I am looking for one to share the apartment with :) It is a lovely apartment with a view of the marina, as can be seen in the picture. There is a balcony around on both sides of the apartment so it is both possible to enjoy the morning and evening sun out there. About me: I am 24 and need to read a BSS graduate in Aarhus. In addition to study and work, I spend my time practicing sports and being social. In general, I am a big fan of everything that contains the word hygge. About the vacancy: Rent: 5000 + consumption and internet (- possible housing support) Rental period: unlimited Occupation date: 1/10 Room: 13 m ^ 2 Deposit: 3 months rent Prepaid rent: 1 month rent I expect consumption will be approx. DKK 400 a month and the internet is approx. SEK 100 a month. There is a built-in closet in the room, where a small part of it is, however, electronics cabinet. In addition, of course, there is a washer, dryer and dishwasher in the apartment. There is also access to a bicycle cellar and storage room, as well as a lovely roof terrace. I take over the apartment myself on 1/10, and I am therefore looking for someone who wants to share the apartment. I very much like that from time to time we can cook together, play a game, drink a glass of wine, watch a movie or whatever. I have no claim as to who my upcoming roomie is, but I would like you to clean up after yourself and have an understanding of what it's like to live with others.
