9 m2 quiet room with bed, a desk workspace, bookshelf and dresser right by Sortedam lake in a very large luxury apartment in trendy Nørrebro. Nice, clean bathroom with a hot, plentiful shower. Lots of good restaurants, cafes, bars and shops nearby, as well as several beautiful nearby parks to stroll into. Borders the Inner City with all its offerings. Main transport hub Nørreport Station nearby (1km). One extremely sociable cat lives in the apartment, so catlovers are highly preferred. Optional furniture included: - bed - desk & chair - bookshelf Large dresser cannot be removed and thus not optional :) All expenses included: Electricity, water, heating, internet, washer / dryer incl. detergent. Also includes weekly linen service & hoovering, if wanted. Full access to shared kitchen & living room area, which features a piano and 4K OLED TV with Netflix & HBO and Playstation 4. The apartment is shared with myself and my 11 yo daughter (every second week), and possibly 1-2 other tenants . I'm into games, music and philosophical conversations. I appreciate cleanly, mature and friendly tenants. No smoking or loud music, please. I was renting out the rooms as a superhost on Airbnb until the crisis came, and am now looking to rent out longterm. Ideally, we start with a 3 month period, and if both parties are happy with the arrangement, we can extend (up to a maximum of 2 years total).
