You can use psychology course both for therapeutic purposes or private. But it is particularly useful to clients, as many of their problems stem from the psyche. This gives you a lot of tools that can tell you which treatment will be most effective for the client.

Part of the course will involve topics such as:
- Communication: conversation importance empathy / empathy and professionalism.
- Self-esteem and boundaries: The distinction between the role of the therapist and the role of the private person.
- To set limits for clients.
- The therapist's role as supervisor, including self-employment and employment.
- The difficult talks, the difficult tasks and the handling of these.
- The psychological defense.
- Personality Psychology.
- Developmental Psychology including attachment theory.
- Anxiety / clinical psychology on various forms of anxiety.
- Stress / Burnout including relaxation techniques and exercises.
You learn about body language where you can see the things your client makes, even if they say otherwise. You learn where the line is for the relationship and the interference between therapist and client. The client is under the massage defenseless, therefore can limit easily exceeded. Therefore, it is important to teach this to create a relationship of trust with clients.
You also learn that feelings sits like a f ysiologisk manifestation in the body and you learn to know yourself better. Developmental Psychology teaches us how we grow throughout life.
This and much more in the 50 hours making it an intense course where you learn a lot that you can use right away in your practice.
Upon satisfactory course implementation is issued separately diploma.
