(Price ALL incl.) Roomie for bright, unfurnished room near studios
Hi! I am looking for a short-term roomie for my apartment at Damstræde (AAU Campus). There is a limited rental period of 0 - maximum 4 months as I move to June. The apartment is lovely light, has newer kitchen and cannot have better location for students at AAU or UCN. As mentioned, the price mentioned includes everything: rent, heating, water, electricity and internet (100/100 Mbit). Netflix can be switched on if you like. There is no possibility of housing support. Pizzaria, café, canteen, etc. are all within +/- 100 m., shopping (facts and fetex) 5 min. away on bike. Bus stop right outside the door, where The 2's running tirelessly. Parking is available as well as a locked bicycle shed. The room is not huge, but can contain both double bed and desk with some good decor. The room has a built-in wardrobe. In addition, the room is unfurnished! I am quiet and calm, and spend most of my time at home on relaxation. Nobody parties every weekend :) There is no need to be clinically clean, but I expect you to take part in the regular cleaning, take your own mess and keep the apartment nice to be in.
