Dear Housing Seeker We are two girls who have been fortunate to rent a 4-room apartment in Sydhavnen on Teglholmen in the Kanalkanten area from 1 / 6-2020, and we are therefore looking for a third tenant for the last room. About us: We are a friend couple who know each other from high school, where we became students this summer. We appreciate the community, but at the same time respect the closed door. We would like you as tenant to have the same attitude towards the future housing situation. We are always ready for a card game or a cozy time on the couch at least! Emma is 21 years old and works daily in a kindergarten in Valby, where she plans to start studying this summer. In her spare time, she spends time with her girlfriends, family and boyfriend. When at home she enjoys crocheting, knitting or just watching a lot of Netflix. Annika: Annika is 20 years old and currently lives. at home. She works daily as a customer service representative in a call center at Amager. She spends part of my time drawing, making jewelry and bingewatches various series and movies. Otherwise, she spends her time with family and friends. The practicality: You will have the largest room in the apartment as shown in the floor plan. The apartment is on the ground floor and there is both a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is also a small cozy terrace. As we move in on June 1st, you have the opportunity to put your own little touch on the interior. The rent for the room will be 5,500, - a month including on-site water, heating and electricity. There is also the possibility to purchase internet for a small amount per. month. The room has one month's notice from both parties. Prior to moving in, a Deposit (equivalent to three months rent) must be paid for 16,500, - and one month prepaid rent for June for 5,500, - A total of 22,000, - upon moving in. Unfortunately we do not currently have pictures of the apartment itself, but these images are from similar occasions in the same rise, and are practically similar to.
