You will share a bright and comfortable 190m2 apartment on Sankt Thomas Square and your own room of ~ 17 sqm. Moving in per. February 1st, with the option to move in as early as January 15th. We share a large common area with TV corner, kitchen and dining area, bathroom and roof terrace with sun all day long, barbecue and wine. In the apartment we have dishwasher, washer, dryer, freezer, Netflix, and a Cooker for a quick cup of tea .. The price per month is DKK 6,500 excl. utilities and DKK 7,000 incl. water, heat, electricity, internet, etc. A little about you: You have a sweet, fun and smiling personality. Your gastronomic abilities reach for more than pasta pesto. You prioritize a clean apartment, have common sense and easily get along with others. We imagine that you either work full time or have part time work next to study. We also prefer that you are a man. A little about us Pernille, 27, the apartment's north Jutland hobbit with a natural love for Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter.
