Hi I have an extra room available and would like to rent it out for a commuter. Living in a nice 4v apartment with balcony and beautiful courtyard. It is situated in the west town close to everything. Has living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two bedrooms. Toilet, Kitchen, dining room and balcony you may use. There are both closet and bed room so you do not think about. Likewise, there are laundry room where you can wash. Available from approximately April 1. Maybe a little earlier if it fits with the current tenant. Immediately I think until the summer but you need the room a little longer as we find out. Commuter preferred! If not I find a commuter I would consider renting out anyway but then the rent 3000dkk.
