Pendants Apartment
I created this ad to see if there should be a match in here. I have a one-bedroom apartment on Nørrebro right next to Mjølnerparken in a completely newly renovated building, which was completed in 2017. The apartment is tiny and unconventionally designed as a long and narrow space, which in turn is 4 m to the ceiling and a loft. Thanks to the height, the apartment is light and fully functional with a - by Copenhagen standards - beautiful bathroom. So it's small but good. I'm out of town about every other week, typically Monday to Friday - sometimes more - for about 10-12 days a month on average on average. I am looking for someone who would like to rent my apartment on a daily basis by appointment, when it suits both of us, on a mutually non-binding basis. That is, someone who does not need a fixed commuter room, but helps to arrange it from week to week. The price is DKK 250 per day, which is about what I give myself to stay there including water, heating, electricity and internet. There is a good laundry in the building and a sink costs approx. DKK 20 and the very efficient tumbler costs 7.50 for a quarter. Buses 6A and 4A stop right outside the building, and both Bispebjerg Station and the new Skjolds Plads metro station are also very close. There is only 2-hour parking at the property, but on the other side of Bispebjerg Station just a few hundred meters away, the free parking area outside the city starts, and I can tell you that it is always possible to find a space nearby. I imagine finding a commuter who actually has a home to drive to, but would still like to be able to spend some time in Copenhagen (and who, on the other hand, do not want to commit to paying full price for a fixed commuter room, as he yet do not intend to take full advantage). I am also willing to help people in temporary housing because of divorce, for example. The most important thing for me is to find someone who is decent and where there is mutual trust and good communication. Then in many ways I am quite flexible. The building is a non-smoking building, so if you are a smoker, be prepared to go up on the roof terrace or out into the street EVERY single time. An alarm goes off if you light a cigarette and try to smoke out the window, so it's impossible to smoke indoors.
