Pendulum room rented (Mon-Fri) from 1 Feb 2019
Hello, we are a couple who rent a 12 sqm room with fitted wardrobes and bed for a nice commute. The apartment is located in the center of Aarhus C, 2 min from Magasin, ILUMS residential building, etc. The apartment is located in a closed yard, therefore no noise. The apartment is 130 sqm with a large community kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with washer and dryer. There is a possibility that the room is furnished with a 1.5-man bed, if desired. I am studying at Aarhus University and working at Bestseller, but my boyfriend is working full time for Deloitte. We love both to be active with running, fitness, etc. We expect that you are non-smokers and that you are doing cleanliness in the common areas and generally only friendly, otherwise there are no big demands, besides a deposit of 8000. We are looking for a commuter that has the room available from Monday- Friday. The rental period can be talked about, but as a starting point, the relocation date is 1.2 2019, but it is possible to move in from 20.1 2019.
