Commuter room in Frederiksberg is rented
New renovated and furnished room of 13 m2 in nice old property on Frederiksberg rented for commuting. I live with my two children in a big apartment and have a room in excess that I will try to rent for a period of time. You want your own entrance through the kitchen and near your room. In the room there is a fridge, bed, desk and wardrobe. Use of kitchen / bath All public transport options can be reached within walking distance, eg Peter Bangs Vej Station in 3 minutes. Then you can reach the following locations: Copenhagen Central Station at Tivoli - 17 minutes Kgs. Nytorv - 18 minutes Kastrup Airport - 35 minutes Høje Taastrup Station - 25 minutes Roskilde Station - 38 minutes Criteria: You must be happy teenagers ... mine are cute and quiet and not at all dangerous in any way. I want to be happy that you can eat at once. The rent is incl. consumption unless you take long baths and lighthouses for the birds. I do not care about your smoking habits, just it's not inside doors. No overnight ... will not be bothered about the toilet in the morning. Guest is allowed but not in majority and not for party - is very home and working from home and therefore needs the peace. We are very hygienic and keep the house afterwards.
