Hello commuters We, Thorbjørn and Ditte, move in a bigger apartment in Copenhagen S 1/7 where we will rent 2 of the rooms for commuters. We already live in the property, which was built in 2011, where we moved in. We move to July from 85m2 to 130m2. The apartment is located at the beginning of Amager on Amagerfælledvej 143, just opposite the DR City and metro station. There is free parking within 2 min. Go distance. The rooms are approx. 13m2 and has french balcony. The rooms are furnished with wardrobes and desks as well as mirrors and lamps. Should we have a bed available, we will find a solution. There is a right to use kitchen and bathroom. A shelf is provided in the fridge and a cupboard in the kitchen as well as a shelf in the bathroom. The apartment is in a quiet area. Room 1 overlooks the property's farm environment, room 2 overlooks a smaller green park. The price for a room depends on how often it is used. 1-3 days a week - Rent: 3000kr 4-5 days a week - Rent: 3500kr The rent is incl. Consumption (internet, heating, electricity and water). It is envisaged that the rent is further included. The basic necessities such as toilet paper and bath towels and we will keep your room clean and clean if desired. An additional month's prepaid rent and one month's deposit will be paid. We, Thorbjørn and Ditte, are a 9 year old girlfriend and have 2 cats in the home. Thorbjørn, 33, is a student and Ditte, 28, is a bioanalyst. We do not have the opportunity to show the room, as we say, first get the apartment for July.
