Commuter / room for rent
Since my current tenant is moving permanently back to Jutland, I am looking for one new tenant per. December 1 or soon thereafter, to one large bright newly painted room - which is rented out as a commuter / residence - with direct access to a spacious, sunny balcony with table and chairs. The room is located in a peaceful area of Frederiksberg, close to the Metro, the various shopping centers and only 10 minutes walk from Frederiksberg Garden, and is rented furnished with new bed, coffee table, large double wardrobe, desk and 2 chairs, mirror and various art you can choose for the walls. There is free access to the kitchen, kitchen equipment, fridge / freezer and Copenhagen toilet with bath, as well as the opportunity to use my living room with i.a. sofa, dining table, TV with TV package and Netflix when I am not there (currently about 18 days per month) The ideal tenant is an adult, calm and responsible non-smoking (or accepts smoking takes place outdoors) who looking for a quiet and nice place to be and who appreciates living clean and nice. It is expected that the tenant leaves the surroundings after use, clean and proper, just as the tenant participates in cleaning common areas (or pays for this via external cleaning) and complies with the general house rules. The rent is incl. furniture, water, heating, gas, electricity and fast Wi-Fi. I work in Aarhus, which is why it is important for me to take care of things.
