Commuter room is furnished in a cozy three-bedroom apartment
NB! Only available for commute (ie Monday / Sunday evening to Friday as a rule) The price we can talk depends on how often you want to make use of the room. As our current tenant (my sister's sister) moves out of our apartment, we are considering renting the room for a commute. The room is part of a charming older three-room apartment with a nice size kitchen, our room, living room and bathroom / toilet where you do not have to swim on the toilet;) We have a dog Nova, who can find that bark when she meets new people - afterwards she accepts everyone, is calm and calm and is obviously our eye-catcher, which you will definitely also be happy with. There are advantages and disadvantages of the room: It is located against the courtyard, which is an advantage as there may be some noise from the street (as our room faces), the balcony comes with exit from the room at the end of summer / beginning of autumn, so there's a shorter period of craftsmen, on the other hand, you'll be able to hit the doors to the balcony on hot summer days or when you're going to air out and we can all hang our clothes out there. The downside is that of course we also want to have access to the balcony sometimes so we need to find a solution where we can get it on occasion without feeling that your privacy is disturbed (man going to sit outside the kitchen and not your room when you're out on the balcony!) In the room there is room for both closet, bed and desk. When we moved in, the whole one wall was painted like a big painting with children's motifs (pretty well done). We do not even have children yet, but we do not feel like painting it over. If you can not handle it, we would like to help you with a solution where we can cover fabrics or similar :) Included in the rent is electricity, water, heating, internet, laundry, dishwasher and common things in the kitchen like oil, salt, pepper, div. standard spices and of course use of service, pots pans etc. You will have a drawer in the freezer, 1-2 shelves in the refrigerator and space in the closet in the bathroom. There is also access to the association's common farm and bicycle shed. We can stand for the cleaning of the communal areas so if you have a busy day, this room will be just the thing for you! Around us, we are a 27 and 30-year-old couple, both students (medicine and psychology) and quiet people, we appreciate the fact that there is order in the common areas and that a closed door is not taken up but we are located Also much in the living room and the kitchen where we often cook. We are not fanatically correct, but we try to keep the apartment tidy and once a week we clean the entire apartment with dusting, vacuuming and main cleaning of the bathroom.
