I am looking for a sweet couple who will share my apartment with me from 15/08/20 and about a year ahead with the option of extension. I am looking for you who want to live in a large apartment in a cozy environment with me, who appreciate quality time and barbecue evenings on the balcony! The apartment is a 3-room apartment on Frederiksbrygge in Sydhavnen (1 km from Fisketorvet, 2 km from the railway station) of 104 sqm, it has two balconies and is just 100 meters from shopping, harbor baths etc. In our shared apartment you will get a room of 12 sqm. I am looking for a couple who is social and would like to be part of a community. The rent will be 5100 kr. person including everything (a-account, internet and electricity) That is, the total rent for you is 10,200 per billion. I want an opportunity where community and fun are keywords! Community cleaning should be fun and popcorn evenings in the living room are self a must!
