Couple renting room in basement approx. 20/25 m2
Viber a couple standing and must move in townhouses per. May 1. We therefore get a room too much which is located in the basement. It is a large room and unfurnished. There will be access to the kitchen as well as bath and toilet on the 1st floor. We are looking for one per. June 1 this year. The price will be 4500 incl. Everything. There is an enclosed garden for the residence as well as free parking. We are looking for someone who is not too loud but otherwise we do not have the big requirements. We both smoke but only outdoors. Unless there are guests it may well happen we allow it. Could it interest you please send us a message. We cannot, for good reasons, show the room until we have moved but think we would like to try to find someone we can have a good connection with.
