Hi homeowners! I am looking for a roomie to move in as soon as possible as my current roomie moves. The apartment is a penthouse of 118 square meters and your own room will be about 12 square meters. The address is Gammel Jernbanevej 32 in Valby - the station is 3 minutes walk away, just as Netto, cafes, shopping and Spinderiet do. The apartment is light, with large and open kitchen room and a south-facing roof terrace of 10 square meters. Your upcoming room is not furnished, and if you feel like it is possible that your things can also stand in the common areas. Furthermore, the apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer for free. I am looking for a roomie who respects a closed door, but also wants to share a beer in between. I am a man of his best age who is himself an experienced roomie, and for daily working as a self-employed person. I am looking for a mature roomie, with permanent work. The rent is DKK 6,000 and the deposit is at 2 months rent (ie DKK 12,000). The price also includes heating, electricity billing, WiFi and of course free use of all common areas.
