I (Charlotte) am 50 years old, my son Christian is almost 18 years old - he is working and having a sabbath year from study and save up to travel to Asia in 2019 - and my husband Kaare is 52. My husband is moving abroad After this summer and is going to live and work there. I will visit him one week each month. Nu har jeg beskrevet familiens situation a little. We are used to rent a room, host a couch surfer for a night, do home exchange, have friends from abroad coming over and stay in our guest room, - so we are used to having people living here. My son's English girlfriend just lived 7 months with us (has moved home again) - so we are used to interacting with other people and other cultures and are open, unprejudiced and helpful. Men, selvfølgelig, vi også nyde vores privatliv. We rent a room that is located between kitchen and bathroom, so it does not meet one of our rooms. The price per week = 1200 Kr. You can max. stay here for 3 months. Våre boliger er gode og særdeles velegnede til en kommuter, en person som er en internship / går til live somewhere while they are looking for housing, a person who is to write a project / task / work for a little longer period in Copenhagen, a person who is looking for work, a person who wishes to have a long / short holiday in Copenhagen etc. The rent is inckl. all consumption of water, gas, electricity and super fast internet as well as You See's very big TV package and ROOF TERRASSE! We have a clean and tidy home and expect you to deliver the common room clean after use. Du har full adgang til bad + vaskemaskine og køkken + opvaskemaskine og alt hvad du behøver i et køkken. + cleaning articles, washing powder, oil and spices. Your room has: A really nice Futon sofa bed or very good quality, a dining table, 2 chairs, a small table, a hanging rack for hanging clothes and a mini cupboard for storing things. + towels and bed linen. Window out to quiet yard with nice yard environment. And then on the nice, quiet Østerbro with just 2 minutes walk to Copenhagen's largest park: Fælledparken. Bonus: The apartment is 4 rooms, 98 m2. Du vil selvfølgelig få din egen closet i køkkenet, en hylle i køleskabet og hylderne i badeværelset. We are used to renting a room for periods, let a couch surfer stay for one night, arrange home exchange, let friends from the country come and visit us and stay in the room - so we are used to having people visiting / living in shorter / longer periods.
