Newly educated Copenhagen seeks cute roomie for furnished room - international students / interns too :-)
// English below // My name is Amalie, I am 25 years old and am looking for approx. 1/8 2020 a new roomie for a nice, furnished room in my apartment in Brønshøj. Unfortunately, as my lovely current roomie moves to the Netherlands and leaves me after two years, I am in search of a quiet, responsible, sweet and sweet person who will share my home with me. The apartment: The apartment is 78 m2 large, with common living and dining room, kitchen, bathroom, large balcony and a room for each of us. We have a shared laundry room, a basement room with room for a bit of storage, and a bicycle cellar. I have been living here for almost 6 years and have gradually started looking for a smaller place to live, so we make an ongoing contract that we can of course talk about. However, I am in no hurry, so I expect it will be again next year. However, the right roomie might make me reconsider :-) Room: The room I rent out is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bookshelf, mirror and clothes rack - but of course you are welcome to make your own mark in the room. It is approx. 12 m2 in size, so there is room for what you need. The area: We have the scenic Utterslev Mose in the backyard, where you can spot animals and race-happy Copenhageners. 2A, 5C and 350S go straight to the door, and Husum st. can be reached in approx. 7 minutes on the iron horse. The inner city is therefore super easy to reach. Lidl, Føtex, Net, Facts and Rema are all within 5 minutes walk, so we have most of the neighborhood. A little about me: I graduated with a master's degree last year. in Italian with a side subject in didactics. I have spent two years of my education in Italy and love - like most others - a good pizza (without pineapple) and a good glass of wine. Right now, I work on a board and otherwise spend my days growing strawberries on the balcony, watching Netflix and cooking. I go up a lot in ecology and hope that a future roomie does the same. Who I am looking for: I am looking for a sweet, roomie who manages her finances (you must also be a student) who will help keep the apartment clean and tidy, and who will cozy up once in a while, but also respect a closed door. You should preferably be ready to put my mouth to my culinary experiments - something my current roomie certainly has not complained about :-) Everything else: The rent includes water, heating, electricity, internet and washing. I am looking for a roomie who will stay here between 3 and 12 months and we have two months of mutual termination. Send a message and we can arrange a meeting or facetime :-) - Amalie. ////////////////////// My name is Amalie, I am 25 years old and looking for a new roomie for a nice, furnished room in my apartment in Brønshøj around August 1st. My current roomie is unfortunately moving to the Netherlands and is leaving me after two years, so at the moment I am in search of a quiet, responsible, nice person who will share my home with me. The flat: The flat is 78 m2, with a shared living and dining room, kitchen, bathroom, large balcony and a room for each of us. We have a shared laundry room in the basement, a little basement storage room, and a locked room for bikes. I've been living here for almost 6 years and have just begun to look for a smaller place to live, so we'll make an ongoing, flexible contract that we can of course discuss. However, I am in no hurry, so I expect it will be sometime next year. However, the right roomie might make me reconsider :-) The room: The room I'm subletting is furnished with a double bed, dresser, bookshelves, mirror and clothes rack - but you are welcome to make the room your own. It is approx. 12 m2 in size, so there is room for what you need. The area: We have the scenic Utterslev Mose in the backyard, where you can spot animals and athletic Copenhageners. 2A, 5C and 350S run straight to the door, and Husum st. can be reached in approx. 7 minutes on your trusty Danish bike. The city center is therefore super easy to reach. We basically have all the supermarkets within walking distance, so we have most things in the neighborhood. I have spent two years of my degree in Italy and I love - like most others - a good pizza (without pineapple) and a great glass of wine. Right now, I work on the government and otherwise I spend my days growing strawberries on the balcony, watching Netflix and cooking. I am passionate about organic and sustainable produce and food and hope that a future roomie shares this. Who I am looking for: I am looking for a sweet roomie who is in control of her finances (you could be a student too), who can keep the flat clean ad tidy, and who wants to chill once in a while, but also respects a closed door. You should preferably be prepared to test my many culinary experiments - something my current roomie certainly hasn't complained about :-) Everything else: The rent includes water, heating, electricity, internet andd washing. I am looking for a roomie who will stay here between 3 and 12 months and we have two months of mutual termination. Message me and we can arrange a meeting / facetime :-) * If you are an international student / intern you can CPR register. - Amalie.
