Newly renovated apartment in Valby
3. roommate wanted for 108 sqm apartment! My roommate, Martin, and I will take over. 15 / 1-17 a brand new apartment in Valby, 1.5 km from Valby st. and 800 meters from Ålholm st. We are looking for a social and open roommate that is easy to handle. It is important for us that our future roommate is fresh to do things together such as food, city tours, fitness, fun evenings mm. Everything is of course not partying, and there will of course be respectful of a closed door! The rent is at 5200 kr incl. water and heat, which may have to be laid a little extra in the form of internet and TV. You get in return a 11 sqm room, large kitchen and living room, large bathroom and tagterrese. All of that said new. About us: We are both 22 years old, student at respectively. DTU and CPH Business with student jobs in Dong and Jeudan. We are both active in football and fitness. - Pets are not allowed - We prefer that you are non-smoking must be paid a deposit equal to one month and half month's rent for the rest of January. The apartment has both washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Sounds like something for you, you may write briefly about yourself, and then we take it from there :-) We do not have any pictures of the apartment when we were inside and see a sample home.
