New cohabitant to a community in Amagerbro
Hi! We are looking for a new partner from April 1st, to share our cozy home on Amagerbro (5 min walk from Amagerbro metro). The room is 10 m2, not furnished and has a sliding door to the living room. The rent is 3500kr incl. consumption (electricity, heating, wifi, laundry room) and deposit is 7000kr. There are two months' notice from both parties (Ida is landlady, and is on the lease), but the period is basically unlimited. We are: Miles of 28, half French half Danish, who love yoga and music, and work at a vegetarian restaurant and in a kindergarten. Ida is 26, a completely Danish, newly educated movement educator and masseur, and works in a clinic and who teaches among others. dance and yoga. We are both happy to cook and enjoy eating together occasionally. We share the kitchen, bathroom and living room and are in common to keep our home cozy and clean. One can say that we are an easier loose mini-community: We are looking for: an M / K on the other side of 25, preferably with a fixed everyday rhythm (as a working or student) You are looking for a quiet, homely base where not a dinner party or party every weekend (we live close to a listening apartment), but room to recharge and interest each other.
