Deposit: 8000kr (2 month rent) The apartment of 86m2 is on the ground floor, with a terrace in the back yard that is used diligently by most good young people in the hallway. It contains a dishwasher in a large newly renovated kitchen, as well as a newly renovated bathroom. There is free laundry in the basement. The apartment also includes two rooms and a large furnished common living / dining room. Relocation date is no later than 1 February. The address is Svendsgade 10.
