New roomie sought
Hi, when my roomie moves out of late January, I would like to find a new one. There is not just the picture of the room, since my old roomie is packing everything down, but writing a private message, so we can find out something. The apartment is centrally located in Nyborg city center overlooking 2 of the city's pizzerias and net as a neighbor. The station is approx. 15 minutes walk from the apartment, so there is easy transport to Odense if you now have to study there. The room is between 15-20 sqm. The rent is 3000, - a month incl. hot and then there comes an internet bill every three months of approx. 750, - which will be part of two. There is a common living room with TV, but cable TV has been deregistered, as it is too expensive when nobody uses it, but we can then splice the price for various streaming services. There is a chromecast in the TV so it can still be used. The occupancy price is DKK 14,000 which covers the deposit and 3 months prepaid rent. A little about me My name is Stine and I am 20 years old. I became a student in the summer of 2018 and currently hold a position. sabbatical year, where I am a caregiver on the greens valley.
