New roomie sought
I have been fortunate to get a 3-room apartment at Åhusene (Aarhus C) on the 8 floor with large south west facing balcony. I am therefore seeking a new roomie as of September 15th. The rent is DKK 5,375 including DKK 375 for water and heating. Since I have not yet moved in I do not know what internet and electricity cost but we share it. There is a washer, dryer and dishwasher in the apartment which is 69 sqm. Your room is unfurnished and approx. 12sqm. When moving in must be paid: 3 months deposit (15,000) and 1 month prepaid rent (5,000) and rent for 15 - 30 September (2,500 + 187.50 a conto water and heat) a total of 22,687.50. Obviously, if we get housing support, it comes retroactively and reduces our rent. I would rather have a girl like roomie who is a student and 19-22 years old, so we can apply for housing support which we of course share. (Expects $ 500 per person). You need to help with cleaning and you must be healthy to be social but also respect a closed door. I am 20 years old, born in Holbæk but raised in Spain. From 2015 - 18 I have lived in California. I love traveling and going out with my friends, watching TV and homely. I'm starting my 2 year at Business Administration and Economics at BSS this September.
