new apartment of 116 square meters (Odense C)
We are two fresh boys who are seeking a to move in together in an apartment that is brand new from January of. The rent is at 10400, it will of course be split between us all 3. In addition it comes all consumption on top. There must be paid one month's rent paid in advance before occupation. All will come lejekontraten. It is possible to install Washer, dryer and dishwasher. It is a 2 floor apartment. On the 1st floor there is hallway, bathroom, kitchen / living room and a balcony. 2 floor, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. There are shower in both bathrooms. There is access to a shared patio and a shed. Martin: I come from a small town in California called Brande. I started to read a EUX with commercial Inside is an electrician industry. My spare time to socialize with friends, so I play and a little football at a very low level. On weekends, I like to relax or get out and do some activities I have nothing against celebrations. Chris: I am twenty years old and comes from Herning, but has been working full-time on Dantracker (Kratholmvej 62C, Stenløse) in Odense, where I also plan to study next year. I am a happy, calm and social person who loves to meet new people, but also respect the privacy of others, just as I appreciate my own. I like series (favorite: Game of Thrones / Stranger things), all kinds of games (both electronic and board games) and is always ready to cozy / fun activities together with others. I am ready to share domestic activities, both cooking and cleaning. Overall, I think I'm temmenlig easy to live and be with. We would like to, you can figure out how to clean up after themselves and comply with the agreements now being made, otherwise we do not have any demands as such.
