Nice room with nice roomies in O'ense C
Hello everyone. As our one roomie moves out, my roomie Robin and I are looking for a new third wheel to fill our trio. We live in a large bright apartment, which was recently renovated 4 years ago, on 107 sqm with its own staircase. The room for rent is 10 square meters. We have a nice large bathroom, a common living room and a kitchen with plenty of space. The apartment has a super nice location. We live both close to the harbor, the city, the train station, and within cycling distance to the uni. The rent includes both rent, account and internet. The deposit covers both deposit as well as 3 months prepaid rent. I am 25 years old, and am pursuing a degree in chiropractic. Much of my free time goes with being with my boyfriend, strength training and relaxing at home, but I also love coziness and bays, and are not hard to entice. I enjoy a good chat about anything. Robin is 24 years old, and is currently studying to become a chemical engineer. He is super nice, and very quiet and calm. He can also often be lured to a few beers. We both come from Bornholm, and have known each other for quite some years now. In the summer, we play lots of basketball with a few of our friends. We both love a good board game night, but can't get it done enough. Both are always fresh on a cozy talk in the living room, but respect a closed door as well as peace and quiet. We are not looking for a specific type of person, and are open to most. It is cool if you are a student, it is cool if you are of our age and it is especially cool if you are nice, but otherwise you just throw a message and then we can just arrange to greet each other and show the apartment forward.
