Nice big room in a great apartment and location
I am looking for a calm, clean and friendly roommate to share my apartment at Howitzvej, Frederiksberg. This is one of the best locations in the city with walking distance to metro station, Frederiksberg Center, Frederiksberg Garden, cafes, restaurants, etc .. The room is about 15 sqm, the apartment is 106 sqm and there will only be 2 people sharing the whole apartment. In the apartment there is a beautiful open kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with shower, washing machine, dryer and a large living room. There is a large balcony accessible from the living room opening to nice green yard., Your room is not furnished but there will be a good-sized closet for your use in it. The living room has a sofa and TV and a dining table.There is also a storage room in the basement and in-door parking area where you can put your bike. I am a software engineer, I do not smoke and I am looking for peace and cozy atmosphere at home. No smoking, no party, no pets at home. I am not obsessed with hygiene but keeping public areas clean and tidy is important to me. Above are some boring rules .. On the other hand i am a talkative, friendly IT guy who likes chess, netflix series, books cooking sometimes, and nature. For the electricity, water and heating. internet and cleaning there will be additional 1000DKK monthly cost. Looking forward to meet my roommate .. Regards, Sinan
