[ENGLISH BELOW] As of March 1st, I am looking for a new roomie for my 3-room apartment at Nattergalevej, NV 5-10 minutes walk from Nørrebro Station. The room can be taken over furnished according to agreement with previous tenants. The rent is inclusive of internet, electricity, gas, etc. Besides the room there is of course free access to kitchen, shower / toilet and living room. In addition, the property has a cozy backyard, laundry, workshop, pool cellar, etc. About me: I read software development at ITU and are therefore linked to my computer most of the time. I am an old cook, so my surplus energy is often put in comfort when the math becomes too overwhelming. I do not have the big demands for a cohabitant, besides basic courtesy and such. Såh. Preferably no hard techno and decadent orgies every Thursday-Sunday. In addition, I am open to a little of each. First and foremost, I am looking for a partner, to supplement rent, but at the same time it is a little weird to live with a complete stranger. Therefore, I also hope to find someone who wants to drink a cup of coffee every now and then. The building also has a nice backyard, laundry, workshop, pool-room and more. About me: I'm currently studying software development at ITU, so most of the time I'm chained to my computer. I'm a former boss, so what's left of my energy is to spend cooking comfort food when the math gets too overwhelming. I've got no specific preferences in a room, besides common decency and what-not. So preferably, no hardcore techno or decadent orgies every single thursday sunday. Besides that, I'm open to pretty much anything. I'm primarily looking for a room to supplement clean, but still, it's a bit weird living with a complete stranger.
